In summary this concept provides for 12 - 2 bedroom (average) 1-1/2 to 2 bath units of 1,550 s.f. each. Each unit would be provided 2 parking spaces. In this configuration no allowance for any amenity (pool, tennis court, etc.) is provided for as it would require the loss of valuable unit and or parking space.

In summary this concept provides for 24-625 s.f., 16 ft. wide rooms with 1 bedroom, provisions for convertible sleeping space and 1 bathroom. Each unit would be provided 1 parking space. Again without losing 1-2 units or obtaining a variance little to no amenity space could be provided for on the site.
